The logo features a dragon—irrelevant to restaurant services, but a clear nod to the series, where dragons play a starring role. Because Game of Thrones has such a strong reputation, and given all the merchandise and licensing, consumers will make the connection to the series. A clear case of piggybacking without paying for it. The trademark was rightly refused.
